Refund Policy

This policy explains how deposits, balance payments, cancellations, transfers, exceptional refund requests, and bank-transfer confirmations work. Your exact balance amount and dates are confirmed in writing after your fit is confirmed.

Securing a place and confirming fit

You secure a place by paying the deposit for your chosen tier. This holds your spot immediately. After payment you complete a short fit form, which our team reviews.

If we determine the camp is not the right environment for you, or if you decide within fourteen days of paying that it is not right, your deposit is refunded in full. After the fourteen-day window, the deposit is non-refundable as set out below, but your place is transferable.

Once your fit is confirmed, you will receive written confirmation for your place, the balance invoice, bank-transfer details, the payment deadline, and the next steps for pre-camp preparation.

Deposit

The deposit secures your place and is applied to your total. The deposit is paid by card at checkout.

Your deposit is refundable for fourteen days from the date it is paid. Refund requests must be sent in writing to jordan@theboxingcamp.com within that fourteen-day window.

The remaining balance is paid by bank transfer. Your balance is only treated as settled once the receiving bank account has been checked and the transfer has been manually confirmed by our team.

A transfer screenshot, receipt, or confirmation message helps us match the payment, but it is not final proof of payment until the bank account has been checked.

Balance payment

The remaining balance is only requested after your place has been confirmed in writing. It is paid by bank transfer using the invoice and payment reference we send you.

The balance is due by the date shown on your invoice or written booking confirmation. For standard bookings, this will usually be before the camp start date. If you are confirmed close to the camp, we may require full payment or a shorter balance-payment window.

Your balance is only treated as settled once the receiving bank account has been checked and the transfer has been manually confirmed by our team. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, we may release your place and treat the booking as cancelled.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel within fourteen days of paying the deposit, you can request a refund of the deposit by emailing jordan@theboxingcamp.com.

After the fourteen-day refund window has passed, the deposit is non-refundable. Any contributions made towards the remaining balance, including full payment of the remaining balance, are also non-refundable if you cancel.

Any refund decision must be confirmed in writing. Bank charges, currency conversion costs, card-processing costs that cannot be recovered, travel costs, insurance, flights, visas, and personal expenses are not refunded by The Boxing Camp.

Unforeseen circumstances

If unforeseen circumstances affect your ability to attend, you can send a refund request to jordan@theboxingcamp.com.

These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve our position and are not required to provide a refund outside the fourteen-day deposit refund window.

Transferring your place

After the fourteen-day refund window, your place is transferable. You may pass it to another fighter who is a fit for the camp, with reasonable written notice to jordan@theboxingcamp.com.

One transfer is permitted per place. Any difference in price between tiers is settled at the time of transfer. The incoming fighter completes the same fit review.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel the camp or remove your place for reasons not caused by your conduct, safety risk, non-payment, or inaccurate application information, we will either offer a suitable alternative or refund the camp payments you have made to us.

We are not responsible for separate costs you have arranged yourself, including flights, travel, insurance, visas, hotels outside the camp package, lost income, or other personal expenses.

Conduct, health, and inaccurate information

We may cancel or restrict participation if you provide inaccurate application information, fail to disclose relevant medical or injury information, behave in a way that affects safety or the camp environment, miss required payments, or fail to follow reasonable team instructions.

In those cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed against the circumstances, timing, and costs already committed.
