Terms
These terms keep the booking process clear. The website is for information, direct deposits, and fit confirmation. A place is held when the deposit is paid, then confirmed after fit review.
Last updated: 14 June 2026About the website
The Boxing Camp website explains the camp, invites applications, and helps people book an application call. The information on the site can change as the camp is finalised, including dates, availability, venue details, inclusions, pricing, upgrades, and payment terms.
Applications and fit
Paying a deposit holds your place while we complete the fit review. Submitting an enquiry, using the talk-first path, or booking a call does not hold a place unless a deposit is paid.
We may accept, decline, waitlist, or pause bookings based on fit, readiness, availability, group balance, safety, logistics, and coach judgement. If we decide the camp is not the right fit during the fourteen-day refund window, your deposit is refunded in full.
You agree that the information you provide during the application process should be accurate, especially around training experience, injuries, medical limitations, goals, travel timing, and anything that could affect safe participation.
Payment and deposits
The default booking process is: pay the refundable deposit by card, complete the fit form, receive written confirmation if approved, then pay the remaining balance by bank transfer according to the invoice or written booking confirmation.
The deposit is applied to your total and is fully refundable for fourteen days from payment. After that window, it is non-refundable unless we confirm otherwise in writing or the refund policy applies.
The remaining balance is only requested after your place has been confirmed in writing. Your balance is only treated as settled once the receiving bank account has been checked and the transfer has been manually confirmed by our team. A screenshot or bank confirmation may help us match the transfer, but it is not final proof of payment until the bank account has been checked.
If you are confirmed close to the camp start date, we may require full payment or a shorter balance-payment window before confirming final attendance.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, flights, visas, personal travel insurance, personal expenses, and travel to and into Bali are your responsibility.
Refunds, cancellations, and missed payment deadlines are handled under the refund policy at /refund-policy.
Tax and financial advice
We can issue invoices to individuals or companies where the booking details are accurate, but The Boxing Camp does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.
If you want to know whether the camp can be treated as a business expense, you should ask your accountant or tax adviser based on your own jurisdiction, company, role, and reason for attending.
What is included
The exact package will be confirmed during the application and booking process. The standard offer may include pre-camp preparation, a pre-arrival coaching call, accommodation, boxing training, S&C support, core camp transport support, food support, recovery access, standard content capture, and post-camp guidance.
Higher packages, private content support, premium bedrooms, personal videographers, or other upgrades are only included if confirmed in writing.
Health, risk, and conduct
Boxing, strength training, conditioning, sparring, travel, and recovery activities involve physical risk. You are responsible for confirming that you are medically and physically able to take part, and for telling us about injuries, conditions, medication, limitations, or concerns before participating.
Coaches may modify, restrict, or stop your participation if they believe it is necessary for safety, readiness, group standards, or the quality of the camp environment.
Participants are expected to be respectful, coachable, punctual, sober for training, and serious about contributing to the group. We can remove someone from the camp if their conduct risks safety, damages the environment, or undermines the experience for others.
Travel and documents
You are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, medical cover, flights, baggage, personal equipment, and any legal requirements for entering Indonesia. We may offer guidance, but final travel responsibility sits with you.
Content and media
The camp may include photo and video capture for participant memories, coaching review, social media, marketing, and internal documentation. If you have concerns about being filmed or photographed, raise them before booking so we can confirm what is practical.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully up to date. If something important is unclear, confirm it with us directly before making decisions.
